By far the most photographed spot at Trout River Falls and for a small fee, you can enjoy our spectacular waterfall. Just a 5-10 min walk from the main building is the hidden gem of the waterfall which is easily accessible on foot. Guests are welcome to swim.

Entrance fee: R50 per person
Children below 5yrs: FREE

TIME LIMIT OF 45MINS OTHERWISE DAY VISITOR FEE IS APPLICABLE

Unless the whole venue has been hired out on a private event basis:

No loud music is permitted
No parties are permitted.
No traditional ceremonies or rituals are permitted.

Our diverse scenery offers the perfect location for a photoshoot.

Our poplar forest, the avenue of trees, the cascading waterfall, the Dorps river, dams and bridges make the perfect backdrop for interesting and unique shoots.

Perfect for couples engagements, matric dance, baby showers, styled shoots and lots more.

The fees below, DO NOT include a photographer, this will be at your expense.Photographer can be referred to you on request.

Photoshoot Fees:

Weekday shoot fee: R200.00

Weekend shoot fee: R400.00

Duration of the shoot: 2hrs

Maximum 6 people per shoot at this rate, including the photographer and assistants.

Additional charges apply for additional people.

Please note that we do not close off the venue during photo shoots. We are very busy with day visitors on the weekends. It is very possible that your photoshoot could be interrupted.
