Day Visitors
We have designated sites with benches and tables which are available for day visitors. Pre-order from our picnic menu and enjoy nature for the day underneath the poplar trees or grab a bench next to the river.
We require a minimum of 72hrs notice for picnic baskets.
Gas braais are available for hire for the day.
Day visiting is on a first come first serve basis, we do not take bookings in advance.
Important note:
Please note that braaing is only permitted during certain seasons, when there is a high risk of veld fires, you will not be allowed to braai.
If you are permitted to braai, please be a responsible human and ensure that your fire is properly extinguished. There is plenty of water in the dams, streams and rivers for you to use.
Trout River Falls prides itself on being a place of peace & quiet.
NO MUSIC is permitted.
Maximum numbers for day visitor 6 - 8 pax per group.
Anything more than that will have to enquire for a private event.

Weekdays (Mon - Thurs): While we may not be open during regular hours without prior arrangements,
we invite day visitors to join us if we are available on-site.

We do not supply matches or braaing equipment, please ensure that you bring this along with you.
